I will accompany you as intensively as is helpful for you at the time – this can also vary from topic to topic.
Basically, I distinguish between three different levels:

  • ESparring & consulting
  • EStrategy & Concept

  • Analysis meeting & location determination

When it comes to communication & marketing, my customers often find everything too much.
They wonder where they should start, what they really need and, last but not least, where they should find the time to take care of everything.

To get some clarity, orientation and prioritization into the matter, we often start with a 2-4 hour analysis meeting to determine the current situation.

Together we look

  • where you stand,
  • what you need right now,
  • what you may have already worked out and
  • how I can help you.

You can continue to work with the results – regardless of whether you work with me or not.

 

  • Sparring & consulting

“Everyone says I should do xy, but I’m not sure.
Can we discuss this?”,
or: “I think I need xy, but how exactly should I go about it?”

Sometimes you just want to talk something through or have a second opinion.
I am happy to be available for this.
Where can you discuss all the pros and cons with someone?

  • who is neither affected by the consequences (e.g. the partner)
  • still looks with rose-colored glasses (e.g. your own mother)
  • only gives feedback based on their own (bad) experiences (e.g. a colleague or friend).

 

This type of accompaniment
can

  • be selective on a topic that is currently burning under your nails or has been coming up again and again for some time – or
  • in the longer term, e.g. if you want to do everything yourself but want to regularly discuss the long lines of your business development.

  • Strategy & concept development

If there is not yet so much knowledge and thought on central questions, I am happy to work this out together with my clients.

Who are you, what makes you special, what do you offer, at what price, what are your (sales) goals, who do you want to address, how do you become visible and why should someone buy from you.

These are just a few of the questions we can work on.
Depending on where there is uncertainty.

I like to work in a workshop format, where I always document and share the results.

Depending on the topic (e.g. competition analysis or opening an Instagram channel), I can also develop independent analyses and concepts, then present the results to you and we discuss the next steps together.

Where my skills stop (I won’t be learning InDesign again in this life), I fall back on long-standing cooperation partners that I am happy to manage for you and thus offer everything from a single source.

Whether it’s a large-scale start-up or a new communication channel on a smaller scale, it’s always about this at the beginning,

It is important to me that we have a common picture.
This can already emerge during the introductory meeting, but it often makes sense to meet for 2-4 hours in a
Strategy workshop to work out these issues.
You can also continue to work with the results independently of me.

We always start with a non-binding meeting to see if the chemistry is right and whether I can help you with your concerns.
